នៅថ្ងៃទី២ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វេលាម៉ោង ១១:៥០នាទីព្រឹកនេះ ក្រុមលេខាធិការដ្ឋាននៃគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនថ្នាក់យោធភូមិភាគកម្ពុជា-ថៃ (RBC) រវាងយោធភូមិភាគទី៤ ភាគីកម្ពុជា និងកងទ័ពភូមិភាគទី២ ភាគីថៃ បានជួបប្រជុំគ្នានៅច្រកអន្តរជាតិជាំ-សាង៉ាំ ស្រុកអន្លង់វែង ខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ ក្រោមការសង្កេតការណ៍ពីក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT) របស់កម្ពុជា និងថៃផងដែរ។ ក្រុមលេខាធិការរបស់កម្ពុជាដឹកនាំដោយ ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ត្រី និត ណារ៉ុង នាយសេនាធិការរង យោធភូមិភាគទី៤ និងក្រុមលេខាធិការរបស់ថៃដឹកនាំដោយ ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ត្រី កាំផាក់ណាក វ៉ាផាន់ស៊ុ នាយសេនាធិការ កងទ័ពភូមិភាគទី២។

H.E. Lieutenant General Maly Socheata, the Spokeswoman of the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia wishes to inform the public, both domestic and international media outlets, of the following:
On the morning of February 2, 2026 at 11:50am, the Secretariat of the Regional Border Committee (RBC) Cambodia–Thailand, between Military Region 4 of the Cambodian side and Army Area 2 of the Thai side, has concluded a meeting at the Choam-Sa Ngam International Point of Entry, Anlong Veng District, Oddar Meanchey Province under the observation of the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) of Cambodia and Thailand.
Please note that as both parties have yet to reached common ground, both parties agreed to return to their respective headquarters to continue exchanging documents and negotiating until a consensus is reached. This will be followed by a formal signing ceremony and a meeting of the Cambodia-Thailand Military Region Border Committee (RBC), between the 4th Military Region of Cambodia and the 2nd Army Area of Thailand.
This special RBC meeting was conducted in the spirit of the Joint Statement of the 3rd Special Meeting of the General Border Committee (GBC), held on December 27, 2025. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to fully implementing the results of that meeting, while continuing efforts to reduce border tensions and seeking practical cooperation to promote regional peace, stability, and a swift return to normalcy.
